Shipping policy

Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from Azerbaijan by Azerpoçt (Azerbaijan's national postal service) as registered, tracked mail.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the post office within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 10–30 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs. Delays caused by customs or the local postal service are outside our control.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel reaches your country's postal service.

Where we ship
We ship to most countries. We currently do not ship to the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Customs duties & import taxes
Product prices do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs handling fees charged in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local post office or customs when the parcel arrives.
EU customers: VAT and any postal handling fee are paid on delivery (we are not registered for IOSS).
Please check your country's import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or not collected because these charges were not paid, it is returned to us, and we refund the order minus the postage we paid to send it and to have it returned.

Shipping address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us at hello@ameliaknitroom.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the postal service.
