You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order with a full refund, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.

4. Products
Our items are handmade, so colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from the photos, and measurements are approximate. Screen settings can also change how colours look. Please follow the care instructions for each item.

5. Children's products
Always supervise babies and young children when they use our products. Check knitted toys and baby items regularly for wear, loose threads or loose parts, and stop using any item that is damaged.

6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars or, where available, in your local currency. They do not include import duties or taxes charged in your country (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. Shipping, customs and returns

We do not sell or ship to countries, regions or persons subject to U.S. sanctionsthat would break these rules.
